About two months ago I was flipping through the channels and somehow ended up on HGTV. I’ve never been much of an HGTV girl before (maybe because I don’t have a home of my own yet?) but ever since I’ve been hooked. The channel makes me feel so inspired. Such a “I could do that!” feel to it.

One of my favorite shows is Get Color. I love how they take natural items on a color wheel and use it to add a little life to a room. I’m a strong believer in having vibrant colors on walls to bring energy into a home. Today I learned that time seems to pass quicker in a green room - who knew?

Another show I discovered just today is FreeStyle. In this show they don’t purchase anything for the room, they just move around things in the room and take other things from the house to make a completely different room. Pretty awesome!
