Neat! What’s a crossed double crochet stitch though? I like your ripple
and I know Sam is going to love that blanket!

Those look great! I need to pick up crocheting again. I was in the middle of making Sergio a blanket out of granny squares but then I got tired of all the repetition, so I took a break. So far, it’s been a 3 month break.

They all look good! I think the ripple stitch is very cute. It is great that you’ve found something you enjoy so much!

A crossed double crochet is where you crochet in the second spot from your hook, then go back and crochet in the first spot. It looks pretty neat, but the yarn I was trying it on didn’t show the pattern too much.

Yeah, granny squares can get boring. But I like that I can feel like I’ve accomplished something every time I get one done!
