They teach you all about how your credit should be, what to look for in a house, how to find a relator (sp) and inspector, how to budget, how to get a loan, etc… I’m really looking forward to learning all of that! Plus the banks usually give lower interest rates to people who go through these classes, since they figure they know more than the average person about home loans.
We’re taking it through the housing authority here in town. We heard about it from Sam’s dad.
