Yesterday was our friend Erik’s birthday. He came over to help me out with a project that I’m working on, on his birthday nonetheless - how nice! We baked him a cake and I even cooked dinner. Erik and Sam were brave enough to try it and they even said that it was pretty good. Anyways, it was fun getting to hang out with Erik on his birthday!

Thanks! I really am trying to become a better homemaker, even if it only is heating up frozen food right now. I will def. try to cook something for you when you come.
The project is a secret..not for you, but I don’t want it falling into the wrong hands on here. I’ll let you know next time we chat!
